Yay, Flask Materials Lowered

According to MMO Champion, blizzard has lowered the amount of herbs needed to make Cataclysm flasks. (Yay!)  They now each take 8 of their required herbs (down from 12) and 8 Volatile Lives (Up from 6).

I think this is a reasonable and good change.
